1. Tell us a little about you and your blog.
I like to be different, to craft what I see in my mind and to share my passion with others. My blog is my way to share with everyone what I love to create. You will find jewelry made from beads and wire, from clay, from paper, duck tape and jeans. You will find all the other types of crafts I love to make. I can’t just make one type of crafts or repeat my designs. If I get a custom order that calls for several pieces, I will make it but I find it so hard to do the same thing over and over again. That is just not me, both creative and personally, also I guess the fact that a lot of my designs come together at the moment, I don’t usually make sketches, unless I’m using one of my sketches. I just love to be free to create whatever comes to me; it’s such a wonderful feeling.
2. How and when did you start crafting?
I would have to say when I was a kid and asked my mom to teach me to sew and to draw.
3. How often do you craft?
I try to craft daily, after my 9 to 5 job. Sometimes I get to craft during my lunch break.
4. Where do you get your inspiration?
Sometimes from something I see, but mostly I have to say that I get into a creative mood, for instance I feel like making jewelry so I just pick all different types of materials and play with them till I make something that makes me smile.
5. What is your favorite medium to work in?
This is a hard one, I would have to say paints – I can incorporate paint into every single type of craft I make, even my duck tape projects.
6. What is your guilty pleasure?
To be creative as often as possible, either at work, at home or in my art room.
7. What makes you smile?
My kids, they bring a smile to my face and make all my worries go away!
8. What is your favorite thing to do (other than crafting)?
Listening to music, dancing and watching TV with my kids.
