1.Tell us a little about you and your blog.
My name is Heather I’m a stay at home mom. I love to craft and am constantly working on things. I don’t always post all that I do because I always forget to take pictures as I go.I have a little blog where I share some ideas and I have a weekly link party. Most my projects I try to do with things I have on hand or don’t cost much. When my husband and I got married we each had three children from previous marriages and then we had one child together. So with a big family there isn’t always alot of money left over for crafts. So I make do with what I have or money I have to craft therefore the name, Me Making Do.
2.How and when did you start crafting?
I don’t know of a time when I haven’t been crafting. Even when I was really little I always loved to make things.
3.How often do you craft?
Pretty much everyday.
4.Where do you get your inspiration?
I get inspiration from everywhere, other bloggers, magazines, stores, nature, my children.
5.What is your favorite medium to work in?
I absolutely love crochet. There is something about picking up a skien of yarn and turning into something. I love it!
6.What is your guilty pleasure?
Chocolate and Pepsi, probably the Pepsi more than the chocolate. I used to hate the stuff but my husband would always get them and I would take a sip of his. Now I’m addicted, I need to quit but I love it now!
7.What makes you smile?
Watching my kids, especially when they are getting along. Watching them play sports. Listening to their goofy stories. Spending time with my husband.
8.What is your favorite thing to do (other than crafting)?
Watching my children play sports again.
