One of my favorite things about Dr. Seuss is his whimsical use of words and his very odd, warped sense of humor. I just love him. I can relate with him. So, how can you not love someone who says, and I quote  ”In my world, everyone’s a pony and they all eat rainbows and poop butterflies!”

I have always loved quoting his quirky little sayings. So it was simple to come up with and surprisingly easy to execute. I took four 8×11 canvases. I painted a simple Dr. Seuss background and then added my favorite quote to each. I painted the top,bottom and sides in a whimsical ” Cat in the hat “. Red and white stripes.
